I Wish I Knew All This Sooner
Brain fog was so thick I couldn’t remember my own name.
I couldn’t drive.
I couldn’t send an email.
Hives. Rashes.
The exhaustion and depression were so severe I could barely make it to the bathroom.
This was not caused by my thoughts.
It was not a past life.
And no part of me secretly wanted to be sick.
I know what silently hurts you and your family in your home and daily life.
I am the canary.
Like the proverbial canary in the coal mine, I am highly sensitive to hidden health disruptors. My body reacts the way someone with Celiac disease reacts to gluten (which I also have)—except my triggers are toxic chemicals.
One exposure to a neighbor’s lawn spray or hugging someone who uses fragranced laundry soap could derail me for weeks.
Only after I was forced to learn how to regain control of my life did I realize how important this knowledge is. I wish I had known earlier, before years of suffering and isolation.
Even the kindest people with the best intentions are often unaware.
You might think you’re living clean and natural.
I did.
Developing Multiple Chemical Sensitivity taught me a lot. I thought I was doing everything right—but had I known then what I know now, I could have prevented years of unnecessary hardship.
This isn’t meant to frighten you.
It’s meant to empower you.
Because knowledge is power—and once you know, you have options.
I want to be clear about something important.
Not everything is one thing. Sometimes symptoms are connected to emotional patterns. Sometimes parts of us create unskillful strategies to avoid pain or try to create outcomes we don’t actually want. Sometimes there are spiritual or transpersonal layers involved.
And sometimes we are divine beings living in a very real third-dimensional reality with physical rule sets.
Chemistry matters.
Biology matters.
Exposure matters.
Discernment matters.
We are multidimensional beings, which means mental, emotional, spiritual and physical tools all belong in the conversation. No amount of sound baths, crystal bracelets, or meditation (all of which I love) will help if you’re unknowingly overwhelming your nervous system every single day.
Toxins sap our energy, harm our physical vehicles, and make it harder to stay regulated, clear, and connected.
When I work with high-level clients on conscious living, one of the first things we do is identify and remove toxic elements they don’t even realize are affecting their health, mood, energy, and long-term well-being.
Most people tell me, “Oh, I’m already natural. I’m very clean.”
And yet I can walk into their homes and spot 50 to 100 things silently disrupting their health.
We’re exposed to hundreds of known harmful chemicals daily—even in “healthy” homes.
This isn’t speculation. States like California now require companies to disclose toxic ingredients in everyday products.
Why?
Because these disruptors are linked to cancer, heart disease, neurological issues, depression, anxiety, reproductive and endocrine dysfunction, and more.
We’ve normalized them.
It’s not your fault.
Think about it: aluminum in deodorant and foil, fungicides on new clothes, lawn sprays, fragranced beauty products, PFAS in workout gear, artificial flavoring in food, and fragrance—engineered oily molecules designed to cling to the brain and linger in the body.
Our systems are overwhelmed.
Our livers.
Our immune systems.
They can’t keep up.
We don’t need to live in fear.
We need awareness.
And we need action.
That’s why I’m here. I now teach what my body was forced to learn.
It’s about making simple, powerful changes that protect your health, energy, and future.
Let’s make conscious living about empowerment—not fear.
Together, we can protect ourselves and our families and still thrive in a world full of hidden toxins.
If you’re navigating connection, alignment, or growth in your own life and want support, I’m here.
Together we heal.
Together we grow.
Together we evolve.
Love and gratitude,
Sandy
