Yes. I regularly support individuals and couples during acute conflict, transition, or high-stakes moments. With the right tools and structure, meaningful shifts often happen far faster than people expect. I help people cultivate clarity or relate to others from the heart by cutting through the confusion or fear.

Yes. Many of my clients have spent years—or decades—engaged in personal growth, self-inquiry, or spiritual development. I regularly work with thought leaders, game changers, CEOs, PhDs, spiritual teachers, influencers, psychologists, and other practitioners.
People who have “done the work” often reach a point where it’s hard to find support that can truly meet them where they are. That’s one of my genius zones. I work comfortably at the intersection of depth, practicality, and real-world application—helping experienced individuals refine, integrate, and apply what they already know to create tangible shifts in their lives and relationships.

Sessions are structured yet responsive. We focus on what’s most relevant in the moment—clarifying blind spots, stabilizing nervous systems, unpacking dynamics, and applying practical tools you can use immediately in real life.

I offer a clear, straightforward pricing model that removes pressure and unnecessary sales conversations.
For first-time clients, I offer a single introductory session at $255 USD. This allows us to work together in a focused container so you can experience my approach without commitment or a sales call.
For some clients one session is all they need! Some do a couple a year and some people prefer ongoing support to supercharge their results.
For clients who choose to continue, I offer bundles and packages that reward commitment with supportive pricing. This applies to both individuals and couples.
Retreat pricing varies based on duration, level of customization, and the degree of facilitation and support.
This year, I intentionally chose to make my work more accessible by simplifying my pricing and entry points—without compromising the depth, quality, or integrity of the work itself. This approach allows me to spend more time doing the work I love and less time selling it.

Some shifts happen immediately; others unfold over time. What matters most is clarity, application, and integration. When the right tool is applied at the right moment, progress tends to be efficient and lasting. I have had many clients say they experienced more results in a few sessions than they had in decades prior.
