You are a Badass Time Traveller. (let me prove it)

I’m about to make a case that will sound wild until you realize you’ve been doing it your entire life.

You are a multidimensional time traveller.

Not metaphorically. Actually.

Bear with me.

The Download in the Bathtub

I’ve never had a linear sense of time. I have time blindness — a delightful neurodivergent feature where my brain experiences time like a bag of marbles instead of a straight line — which means my relationship with time has always been... complicated.

I was also born remembering before I was born. Not an idea from religion or books. I was born before the internet. I just knew about reincarnation the way you might have known the sun rises and sets.

About ten years ago, during what you could politely call an existential crisis, I spent years in silent contemplation. Not formal meditation. Just sitting. Thinking. Processing.

One day I was in my giant bathtub, Epsom salts, bay window looking out into the woods, completely overcome with gratitude.

And then I got information.

You could call it a download. A conversation with guides. Aliens. Angels. My future self. Pick your metaphor.

The message was clear: Time is not what you thought. Remember what you know to be true about time.

Then it showed me an infinity symbol.

For years, I called it “the sideways figure eight” until my husband said, “You mean an infinity symbol?” and I felt both ridiculous and in total awe.

But here’s what that symbol meant — and why it took me years to translate it into something coherent:

At the center of the infinity loop was a dot. Like on a hiking trail map: You are here.

The information was this: all time exists simultaneously, and the choices we make determine which version of that time we slide in and out of.

Quantum physicists are exploring theories where all moments coexist, not just flowing from past to future. What I experienced intuitively, they’re now investigating mathematically.

Let me show you how you’re already doing this.

Inner Child Work Is Literal Time Travel

Right now, you’re reading this sentence.

When you started reading, that was the past.

But if you’ve ever done inner child work — or even just remembered a formative childhood moment — you’ve experienced something strange:

You go back to a memory. Let’s say you’re five years old. A parent tells you you’re bad and sends you to your room. You remember the shame. The grief. The belief that formed: I am not good enough.

That belief is still running in your present day.

Now, if you do the work — meditation, journaling, therapy, whatever your tool is — you go back to that five-year-old. You witness that moment. You hold that child. You recognize what actually happened.

And suddenly, your present changes.

Even though that wound happened decades ago, healing it now shifts how you feel, how you decide, how you move through the world today.

You healed the past (your inner child’s present) by visiting it from the future (your present).

You are a time traveler from the future, going back to presence a part of yourself, which changes the frequency of your entire being from that point forward. From the past immediately changing the frequency baseline of the present which puts you in a different trajectory or timeline to the future

.

If that’s possible, what else might be?

Future Selves Healing Backward

If you can travel back to heal your inner child, couldn’t there be future versions of you doing the same thing?

Imagine: a version of you ten years from now, or a hundred, or in another dimension entirely, travelling back to this moment to whisper, It’s okay. You’re good enough. That divorce was necessary. That weight gain was protection. You’re exactly where you need to be.

What if those nudges you get — those synchronicities, gut feelings, the sense that you shouldn’t get on that flight or should reach out to that person — aren’t random?

What if they’re your future self, healing backward through time, trying to smooth out the timeline toward a better outcome?

What we’d call intuition. What others might call guardian angels or spirit guides.

Maybe some of those voices are just us, from the future, taking care of our past — which is their past, too.

Past Lives as Non-Linear Time

I don’t think all our problems exist in past lives. Most of what we’re dealing with is here, now, in this body, in this nervous system.

But occasionally I’ll work with someone who has an inexplicable fear of water. Or chronic leg pain with no medical cause.

We do a past life regression — which, sure, sounds woo — and they see themselves drowning in another lifetime. Or dying in battle with a leg wound.

Just by witnessing that life, their present shifts. The fear lessens. The pain eases.

They traveled to a past that isn’t even in this timeline and changed their present.

Which means: if we can go backward to past lives and forward to inner child wounds and experience healing in the now...

Couldn’t there be future versions of us — maybe what we’d call aliens, angels, or just more evolved iterations of consciousness — traveling back to what would be their dark ages (our now) to try to heal what didn’t work?

Maybe some of our guides aren’t separate beings at all. Maybe they’re us.

The Infinity Symbol Revisited

When I saw that infinity symbol in the bathtub, the information was too complex for my brain to hold all at once.

But here’s what I’ve come to understand:

We might be constantly incarnating into different timelines within an everlasting, continuously alchemizing stream of consciousness.

We’re choosing to experience this virtual reality within our human bodies — not once, but in an infinite loop, refining and smoothing the experience as we go.

The laws of physics probably change from dimension to dimension. In this one, we experience time as linear because that gives us the ability to play the game: to think an idea and create it, to experience growth from point A to point B.

Linear time is necessary for us to have the experience we came here to have.

But if we zoom out to consciousness in its baseline form — energy, soul, oversoul, the One Consciousness my company is named after — maybe we can look in and decide where we want to incarnate, when, and how.

Maybe we’re smoothing out the infinity symbol with every iteration, creating better and better outcomes.

And maybe, just maybe, some of us remember helping souls strategize where and when to incarnate. What kind of character to play. What astrological blueprint would serve the growth they’re after.

I have memories of this. As real to me as falling on my driveway as a kid.

I can’t prove that to you. But I can’t disprove it either.

The Convergence of Science and Mysticism

We’re living at a convergence point.

Science is catching up to what mystics have known for millennia: the equations of relativity and quantum mechanics challenge our everyday assumptions about time, and the present moment may not be as special or fixed as we think.

Physicists debate whether the block universe theory suggests past, present, and future are equally real.

Neuroscientists study how our brains construct the experience of time.

Mystics sit in bathtubs and get downloads about infinity symbols.

All of it is pointing in the same direction: we are so much more powerful, infinite, and multidimensional than we previously believed.

What to Do With This

You don’t have to believe me. I’m not asking you to.

What I’m asking is this: stay curious.

Just because we’ve believed something to be true for a long time doesn’t mean it is.

You’ve already proven you can time travel. You’ve healed your inner child. You’ve felt a nudge that saved you from something. You’ve had a gut knowing you couldn’t explain.

That’s data.

What if that data points to something far more interesting than we’ve been willing to consider?

What if time isn’t a river we’re floating down, but an ocean we’re swimming through — and we have more choice about where we go than we think?

I’m not saying I have all the answers. I’m saying the questions are worth asking.

And maybe, just maybe, your future self is reading this right now, grateful that this version of you was willing to stay open.

A note: If this resonates, sit with it. If it doesn’t, that’s fine too. I’m not here to convince you. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, invite curiosity, and remind you that the universe is stranger and more beautiful than any of us can fully comprehend.

And we might just be far more powerful than we ever imagined (spoiler….we ARE)

If this resonates and you feel called to explore your own path more deeply, I’m here.

Together we heal.
Together we grow.
Together we evolve.

Love and gratitude,
Sandy
